Happy Wednesday! Nothing makes a Wednesday greater than a delicious recipe from Chef Brian West, and today, he's whipping up some Alamo Bourbon Maple Glazed Chicken Wings!

1 fluid ounce butter
2 fluid ounces onion, grated fine
8 fluid ounces Alamo bourbon whiskey
12 fluid ounces maple syrup
2 fluid ounces tomato paste]
1 tablespoon rosemary, dried
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Melt butter in a medium saucepan on medium heat.
Add the grated onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Add the bourbon whisky, the maple syrup, tomato paste, rosemary, salt and pepper.
Whisk to combine. Bring to a low simmer.
Reduce to a thick glaze.
Take baked Wing and fry at 350 until golden brown
Toss with butter and Alamo Bourbon Maple
Glaze and serve Hot
