Breakfast:
turkey and egg breakfast tacos

Lunch:
Chicken & spinach salad

Snack:
4 egg whites
1 whole apple
2 TBSP peanut butter

Dinner:
4 oz baked salmon
1/2 cup brown rice
1 cup steamed broccoli

Grocery shopping list:
2 lb ground turkey (can be 93% lean)
2 packages of carb sense wheat tortillas (HEB brand)
1 container of liquid egg whites
7 Gala apples
1 bag shredded 2% cheese
1 large container baby spinach
1 red bell pepper
5 bags cooked, peeled eggs
1 jar peanut butter or almond butter
1.25 lb of salmon
3 containers of instant rice
3 bag of baby broccoli (frozen)
1 jar light balsamic
1.75 lb of chicken breast
1 container of light Feta cheese
1 jar of black olives
