Healing Hearts Telethon: Honoring Karen Martinez’s Legacy

This week, we’re raising money for a cause close to our hearts. Karen Martinez, our beloved friend and co-worker, lost her life to cancer more than 13 years ago, but her legacy lives on through the Healing Hearts Telethon, helping countless cancer patients receive the care they need.
Joining us today was Alaina Weynand from the Thrivewell Cancer Foundation, the beneficiary of the telethon, along with Kevin Prescott, owner of Sharbeck Consulting Group. Kevin’s personal journey with cancer inspired him to get involved, and he’s passionate about Thrivewell’s mission, where every dollar donated goes directly to patients, covering services and transportation to ensure no one misses a treatment.
Treatment access is critical in the fight against cancer, and Thrivewell is committed to making sure no one is left behind.
