While the kids are home, its a great time to get them involved in the kitchen with some cooking! Jennifer Meachum is home and showing us a yummy and healthy green smoothie recipe that you can make with the kids!
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cup fresh baby spinach leaves or baby kale
-1 ripe banana
-1/4 c. Frozen mangos
-1/4c. Frozen peaches, unsweetened
-1/2c. Greek vanilla non-fat yogurt
DIRECTIONS:
Place spinach leaves, banana, mangos, peaches, and Greek yogurt in blender. Blend to preferred consistency. Add water or almond milk for thinner consistency.
