Plane Weight

Get this, some airlines are considering weighing passengers before boarding a flight and it's all in the name of safety according to experts. The average passenger weight has increased over the years with such high obesity rates and airlines now have to set new "Standard Passenger Weights". For instance, the weight of an average adult passenger and carry-on for years has been 170-175 pounds. That will be increased to 190-195 pounds.

SAN ANTONIO - A major backlog is causing headaches for people around the nation who want to travel. With millions traveling again you might be ready to take off too. Exploring Hueco Tanks State Park

Zoo begins construction on jaguar habitat

Here's a date idea, a trip to the San Antonio Zoo! The zoo broke ground Monday on a brand new jaguar habitat with an overhead cat walk. Some states are beginning to open up their theme parks for the summer but some may be forced to bite their tongues while riding their favorite rollercoasters. Some new plans in California are encouraging theme park goers to remain silent on rides to help limit the spread of Covid-19. NCAA Women's Final Four Comes to San Antonio

Spring Break Destination: White Sands National Park

Pandas in the Snow

Giant pandas at the Smithsonian National Zoo decide to play in the snow like kids so we decided to bring in the video to show you all. We all know how annoying it is to go unlock our iPhones when wearing a mask. Well apple is now testing out a new way to unlock your phone with face I-d, without having to remove your mask. This new feature will require an Apple watch. This will let the iPhone communicate with a synced apple watch when the phone is raised to use face I-d.

Sixty-Six Pounds of Oranges

Four travelers will probably never want to see or eat an orange ever again after having to eat 66 pounds of oranges at a Chinese airport to avoid paying extra airline fees. They were attempting to bring a giant box of fruit back home from a business trip but then decided to eat the entire box after realizing it would cost 300 yuan, or about 46 dollars to transport the oranges back home. They said they just stood there and ate the whole thing up. It took them about 20 to 30 minutes.

No more Disneyland annual passes

We have some sad news for Disneyland's annual passholders. The park has decided to cancel its annual passports program. While their reopening plans remain up in the air amid the pandemic, the park announced that they would be refunding eligible annual pass holders. The team said they are focusing on creating new more flexible memberships. New data from Google shows that pizza was the number one takeout option in 2020.
