Bone Broth Soup (Chicken Soup Variations)

Serving size: 4

INGREDIENTS:

Base:
- 2– 24 oz. bags Bonafide Provisions Frozen Organic Bone Broth (chicken, beef, turkey, or frontier blend)

Protein:
- 2 lbs Organic Chicken breast
- 1.5 Lbs. Organic Ground Turkey/turkey breast
- 1.5 Lbs. Grass-Fed ground beef

Oil/ Fat:
- 1/4 cup Organic olive oil
- 1/4 cup Organic coconut oil
- 1/4 cup Organic Avocado oil

Vegetables:
- 3 Organic Garlic cloves
- 1/2 Organic small to medium Onion
- 2 Organic Carrots
- 2 Organic stalks Celery
- 5 to 6 Organic Mushrooms
- 1/2 bulb Organic Fennel

Herbs & Spices:
- Turmeric
- Celtic Sea Salt
- Freshly ground organic black pepper
- Fresh/dried organic thyme
- Fresh/dried organic organic bay leaves
- Fresh/dried organic thyme
- Fresh/dried organic parsley
- Fresh/dried organic oregano
- Fresh/dried organic basil

Leafy Greens:
- Organic Spinach
- Organic Kale
- Organic Chard

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a large stainless-steel stock pot saute the oil with chopped onion, garlic and the protein of choice until thoroughly cooked. The onion and garlic will become translucent and fragrant and will begin to brown

2. Add in desired vegetables and spices, cook for about 1-2 minutes keeping the vegetables firm.

3. Add the bone broth and simmer for approx. 15 to 20 minutes*

4. Add the leafy greens of choice

5. Enjoy!

NOTE:
Because we have already cooked the bone broth for 18 to 24 hours, the flavor and nutrients are already in the broth. This eliminates the need for you to cook this soup for a long time and can be ready in 30 minutes!
