Jay Pharoah and Chef Heather Nanez are here to give us some seafood tips and how to make them deliciously.
Start with some room temperature fish and season lightly with salt and pepper. Then place your fish in an already hot pan with a little bit of oil, tilt the pan away from you when you place it down, so you don't get splashed with hot oil.
For sauce, add some butter and once it's melted add a little bit of wine to deglaze the pan. Then spoon on top of your fish to finish the cooking process and enjoy once your fish is cooked through.
