Wurstfest Brings German Flavor and Fun to New Braunfels

She spoke with Wurstfest President Keith Wersterfer, who shared the excitement surrounding this year’s festivities. With three bands flying in from Germany, the music is as authentic as the bratwurst. And speaking of food, there’s plenty of it!

Jeff Goebel gave us a behind-the-scenes look at how the famous Wurstfest sausage is made, using a traditional sausage machine that’s been part of the event for years.
