
Chef Brian West shows us how to make spooky Halloween pies. He suggests you make your own spooky pies with the family for a fun spooky activity, and a delicious treat! Similar to how you would make a regular pie make or buy all your ingredients: pie crust, pie filling, and an egg wash!
Cut small circles out of your pie crust and place them in a cupcake container. Cut out spooky faces and patterns into the top of the pie crust. The crust will automatically shrink while baking and the cuts you've made will turn into a more defined pattern. Cover in an egg wash to ensure a nice golden color. Then bake at 400 for 30 minutes, and your little pies will come out delicious and spooky!
