When Fall Arrives it's the Perfect Time to Visit Winding Branch Ranch

When the leaves change color, Winding Branch Ranch kicks off their Autumn events!

Winding Branch Ranch is a farm ranch animal rescue. All animals are brought in from different neglectful or dangerous situations and then have a home at the ranch until they can get adopted by others. They've saved a handful of animals from the Hill Country area after the floods and given them a good safe place to recover.

They also have an event called Mimosas and Muffins today! With live music, food, and animals. It's the perfect way to relax after you've dropped the kids off for school.

Winding Branch Ranch has a plethora of programs for young and older kids alike. Rescue Ranch School is for children 2-6 years old where they learn all the basics of farming. Getting a garden space, feeding pigs, collecting eggs, and reading stories. Compassion in Action is the upgraded program for older kids 10-14. Kids will learn lots about basic animal care, budgeting for animal care, as well as hands on experience. These experiences are $425 and $200 respectively and last 8 weeks.

Their pumpkin patch opens September 25th and has more than just pumpkins! They have bowling stations, animal feeding, and pumpkin painting!
