Dr. Kamphoff has five important tips:

1. Give yourself permission to opt out.
2. Rework a resolution without shame.
3. Know when a goal is rooted in insecurity.
4. Use a 'Learn Burn Return' reset tool
5. Confidence doesn't equal constant productivity.
