Grillsgiving Brings BBQ and Community Together

Grillsgiving is heating things up once again, and Alondra is finding out how this tasty CPS Energy tradition is helping power the community.
The event takes place this weekend and promises music, fun, and plenty of food! Alondra spoke with Brandyn Rodriguez to learn more about how Grillsgiving makes a difference. Proceeds benefit CPS Energy’s REAP program, which provides energy bill assistance and power-saving education for local families.
Of course, Grillsgiving is also a cook-off! When you make a purchase, you can enjoy free samples while supplies last. Visitors can vote for their favorite BBQ, and a panel of judges will crown the best of the event.
This family-friendly celebration has grown every year, bringing people together for a great cause. So come out, enjoy incredible food, and help support your community!
