Rapid Fire Trending Topics: From Jay-Z’s Casino Dreams to Brady’s Flag Football Revival

Jay-Z is trying to take his entrepreneurial game to the next level with a plan to generate more income for New York City. A while back, the GRAMMY Award-winning rapper’s Roc Nation partnered with Manhattan real estate developer SL Green and Caesars on a bid for one of just three casino licenses available in the city.
Now get this If all goes according to his plan, Caesar’s Palace Times Square would be located at 1515 Broadway, just steps away from Broadway theaters and other tourist attractions, including Madame Tussaud’s wax museum. Jay and his team attended a Community Advisory Hearing on Sept. 11, where he stressed the benefits, a casino would bring to the city and its residents.
While this has been rejected, it's still something to think about.

Looks like he’s back to throwing the pigskin.
Tom Brady is dusting off his deflated footballs for a comeback, the GOAT is joining some of the biggest names in the NFL for a flag football tournament in Saudi Arabia. The "unretirement" was reported on Monday... with TB12's longtime favorite target, Rob Gronkowski, also choosing to make an epic return alongside current superstars Saquon Barkley, CeeDee Lamb, Myles Garrett, Sauce Gardner, Christian McCaffrey, Maxx Crosby and more.
Just throwing this out there what if some deep pockets decided to put together a professional flag football league? Not as tough on the body no worries about head trauma. Maybe a pro football players’ retirement league? Could it work? Would people watch it?
Xavier says: “If Brady’s in, people are watching. Period.”
#Otroverts
Rise of the ‘otrovert’: Scientists say there’s a brand-NEW personality type – and it’s very different from introverts or extroverts.
If you've ever found yourself standing alone at a party, wondering why everyone apart from you is having such a good time, you are not alone.
According to American psychiatrist Dr. Rami Kaminski, you might belong to a select bunch of people he calls 'otroverts'.
In addition to the familiar introverts and extroverts, otroverts are a poorly understood but very distinct third personality type.
Otroverts struggle to feel a sense of belonging to a group and prefer to stand apart from social collectives.
“Simply put, an otrovert is a person who feels no sense of belonging to any group. Otroverts are very friendly and able to forge very deep connections with other people.”
