This weekend, the Texas Trophy Hunter’s Extravaganza kicks off at Freeman Expo Hall, drawing in outdoor lovers from across the state. Lifestyle reporter Corderro was on-site to get a sneak peek at what attendees can expect.
He caught up with Ashley Amador and Ed Elisea from Northwest Automotive, who shared how their team is helping elevate the experience. Northwest Automotive is showcasing a range of truck accessories designed to make outdoor adventures smoother and more efficient, perfect for hunters, campers, and anyone who loves hitting the road.
But the event isn’t just about hunting. Visitors can explore a wide variety of booths featuring fishing gear, outdoor apparel, and even live reptiles for the kids to check out. There are also plenty of samples and giveaways, making it a great outing for families looking for fall fun.
One of the weekend’s highlights will be Saturday at noon, when Country Music Hall of Famer Randy Carol takes the stage to perform the national anthem. He’ll be joined by a talented local youth violinist, adding a heartfelt touch to the festivities.
