Triple P Parenting Program

The Metro Health, Triple P Parenting Program supports all parents in learning skills to make parenting easier so families can spend more time enjoying each other, and less time managing behavior challenges. Parents are the first to teach us about healthy relationships, set boundaries, and learn how to recognize our emotions. Tragic events, such as mass shootings, are terrifying for children and adults. They leave us feeling devastated and overwhelmed. Joining us this morning to tell us more is Brea Moore with San Antonio Metro Health. Take a look for details!
