Chef Brian West prepares a delicious lobster meal for Valentine's Day

It's a special love edition of West Wednesday! Chef Brian West was back and he's getting ready for Valentine's Day. He is making a great Valentine's Day dinner with lobster!

Using extra curly pasta, he has made a delicious cheese sauce for mac and cheese. Then he placed some lobster in a casserole dish with the pasta and breadcrumbs. After a quick 10 minutes in the oven you get an amazing Valentine's Day lobster mac that will have you and your partner feeling fancy.
