Get Your Flight Upgraded

Three ways you can boost your odds of getting bumped to first-class according to flight attendants.

1. One of the easiest ways is to literally just be nice to your gate agent and flight attendant.

2. Book a tail seat. Most aircraft are "Tail heavy," so flight attendants sometimes have to move passengers for "Weight and balance purposes"

3. Ask for an upgrade directly if the flight has been overbooked.
