Raw Zucchini "noodles" with bruschetta topping*

RECIPES
Berry Smoothie Bowl
1 cup frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 banana, frozen
2 Tbsp blueberries
2 Tbsp raspberries
2 Tbsp water or raw almond or cashew milk
1/2 banana fresh, sliced
1 Tbsp chia seeds or hemp seeds
1 Tbsp blue berries for garnish
1. Blend first 5 ingredients in blender until smooth.
2. Pour into bowl and top with remaining ingredients.
Raw Zucchini "Noodles" with Bruschetta Topping
1 vine ripened tomato, diced
2 Tbsp basil leaves, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp cold pressed olive oil
1/4 tsp Himalayan Pink salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 1/2 cups zucchini noodles, uncooked
1. In medium bowl combine the first 6 ingredients.
2. Gently toss in the raw zucchini noodles. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Walnut Taco Meat
Mango Broccoli Slaw
1 cup broccoli slaw
1/4 mango, julienned
1 tsp lime juice
1/4 tsp raw honey
dash chili powder
dash cayenne pepper
In medium bowl combine broccoli slaw and mango.
Stir in remaining ingredients until evenly coated
