Food Coma Show: Oven Baked Ribs


You may be feeling stuffed from the Thanksgiving festivities, but, Kimberly & Esteban are bringing you another dose of some our favorite foods and treats from years past in our Food Coma Show! Talk about finger licking' good! Chef Brian West gave Kimberly and Esteban a Ribs 101 lesson in this throwback.


RECIPE:

1 each baby back ribs rack

1 fluid ounce salt

1 tablespoon pepper

3 fluid ounces Pork Dry Rub, prepared

1 each Coca-Cola, mini can

4 fluid ounces BBQ sauces, prepared


DIRECTIONS:

1.Dry and pull off membrane and season with salt, pepper, then dry rub

2.Double fold foil and wrap rack leaving an opening on the end

3.Place in oven for 45 minutes at 225 degrees

4.Remove from oven and pour Coca-Cola and BBQ sauce down the opening and fold to seal

5.Place back in the oven for 2 hours

6.Remove, pour off cooking liquid and reduce in a sauce pot by 50% and pour over hot ribs
