Seared Salmon With Whole Wheat Pasta Puttanesca Recipe:
10 oz Whole-Grain Spaghetti
2 T. EVOO
2 each 8 oz Salmon Fillets
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 clove Garlic
1 T. capers
6 each Artichoke Hearts Quartet
10 each Kalamata Olives Sliced
28 oz Canned Whole Tomato (hand Crushes with there juices
1/2 t Dried oregano
1/2 t Crushed Red pepper
2 oz Roasted Red Peppers
Cooking Instructions:
1.Cook pasta according to packet instructions
2.In a hot sauté pan heat oil and sear seasoned salmon about 3 min on each side and place in a 350 oven until needed
3.Lower heat and sauté garlic artichoke, olives and capers for 30 sec.
4.Add tomatoes oregano and crushed red pepper and simmer for 10 mins
5.Add cooked pasta to reheat
6.Pour onto place add roasted red peppers and cooked salmon
