WINTER GIMLET (from Mixology 101 class)
2 oz. Van Gogh Vodka
3/4 oz. fresh lime
3/4 oz. winter spice syrup (simple w/ cinnamon, nutmeg, clove)
Method: Shake well with ice – add floating lime wheel for garnish
BOULEVARDIER MODERNE (from Mixology 201)
1 oz. Buffalo Trace Bourbon
1 oz. Peychaud’s Aperitivo
1 1/2 oz. Sandeman Founders Reserve Port Stir well with ice and strain over ice into rocks glass.
Garnish: orange peel
TRADER VIC’S MAI TAI (from Mixology 201 and Tiki Talks)
1 1/2 oz. Angostura 7 yr rum
1/2 oz. Angostura orange liqueur
3/4 oz. MONIN almond syrup
3/4 oz. fresh lime
Shake well and strain over ice into Tiki mug or highball glass.
Garnish: mint sprig + optional inverted lime
