It's National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day, and our friends from Delice Chocolatier and Patiesserie, Nacho and Susanna, are sharing their secret to making the perfect chocolate chip cookies!

RECIPE:
Wet ingredients:
-Add butter, mayo and sugars to blender and blend together
-Add eggs one at a time
_Add vanilla extract
-Blend together but don’t over blend
Dry ingredients:
-Add baking soda, baking powder and salt to the flour and mix together
-Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and blend
-Add chocolate chips to the dough
-Allow to rest in refrigerator at least 15 minutes
-Use an ice cream scooper to form perfect balls and put on baking sheet
-Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes
Allow to cool and enjoy!
