Our protein meal shakes are around 200 calories, 20+ grams of protein, and have 21 vitamins and minerals. They are a complete meal in delicious shake form!!

Looking for that pick me up during the day? We have you covered there as well... we have 2 energy options. The first is our energy/metabolism boosting herbal teas, these teas have 5 calories, sugar free, and give you the energy you need to get through the day. Not a tea drinker? Try our iced protein coffee (Mocha/House Blend)... this option not only provides you with the energy you need but also is packed with 15 grams of whey protein!! Our coffee is 100 calories, 2g sugar and 80mg of caffein!!
