Snack Time: PB, Nutella, and Nana Twisters


Jennifer Meachum is back with some healthy and delicious snacks for the kids--Nutella Nana Spirals.

PB, Nutella, and Nana Twisters--From the Kitchen of Jennifer Meachum RDN, LD

Ingredients:
-1 flour tortilla, wheat or regular
-1 Tbsp, creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 Tbsp, Nutella
- 1/4 banana, sliced

Directions:
1.Place flour tortilla on paper plate.
2.Spread peanut butter in a thin layer on one side of the tortilla.
3.Spread Nutella on top of the peanut butter layer.
4.Add row of banana slices on top of the peanut butter and Nutella.
5.Roll up tortilla tightly.
6.Cut tortilla roll into 1/2 inch spirals. Enjoy!

Tip: If you don’t want the ingredients to ooze out when you slice the tortilla roll, refrigerate or freeze for 30 minutes to make slicing easier.
