You can never have too many recipes to make at home with the family, and now is the PERFECT time to take advantage of the extra time to create. We've seen her make some yummy snacks for the kids, and today, Jennifer Meachum is making a delicious snack that the adults will love!
Air Fryer Roasted Buffalo Cauliflower
From the Kitchen of Jennifer Meachum RDN, LD
Ingredients:
-1 bag cauliflower florets or 2 cups
-1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 Tbsp Buffalo hot wing sauce
Directions:
1.Toss florets with olive oil salt and pepper in medium bowl.
2.Add florets to airfryer pan.
3.Roast for 400 degrees for 10- 12 minutes shaking basket after 5 minutes.
4.Once florets are tender and crispy on the outside they are done. Return to medium bowl and toss with buffalo sauce. Enjoy!
