Valentine's Day creations

Valentine's Day is just around the corner and correspondent Amy Licerio is giving you some great do-it-yourself ideas if you are feeling crafty. She's at the Mesilla Chocolate Lady showing you how to make Rocky Road Fudge with your sweetheart. Take a look!

Rocky Road Fudge Recipe:
24 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips
16 ounces butterscotch chips
2 cups crunchy peanut butter
2 tablespoons butter
21 ounces miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

Grease a 9 x 13 metal baking pan and line with plastic wrap. In a large sauce pan combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, peanut butter and butter. Cook over medium heat 2 to 3 minutes until ingredients are just melted, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.

Stir marshmallows and walnuts into fudge mixture. Pour into lined pan and spread evenly. Cover pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate the fudge until firm, at least three hours.

Invert fudge onto cutting board and remove plastic wrap. Turn patched top side up and cut into pieces.
