DIRECTIONS:
Trim and clean pork tenderlions and set aside
Combine ingredients for the coffee rub.
Sprinkle tenderloins with the rub and sear in a cast iron pan.
Place pork in 400 over for 12mins or until is reaches a temp of 135
While the pork is cooking combine all the coffee BBQ sauce Ingredients in a pot and bring to a simmer
Remove Pork from oven allow to rest for 5mins
Carve and top with sauce

Coffee Rub
3 tablespoons Mise En Place Coffee
Blend , grounds
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon salt
Coffee BBQ Sauce
12 fluid ounces Mise En Place
Coffee, Brewed
8 fluid ounces ketchup
1 fluid ounce chilli powder
2 fluid ounces dark brown sugar
3 fluid ounces cider vinegar
2 fluid ounces molasses
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
