-Combine all ingredients together.
-Pour over pork chops and marinade from 4 hour to overnight.

2 bottles beer
1/2 cup dark brown sugar1 tablespoon garlic, minced2 tablespoons red onion, minced1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce6 shakes Tabasco sauce1/4 cup lime juice2 tablespoons Dijon mustard2 tablespoons olive oilsalt, to taste
