Make Noodles according to directions
Add smoked brisket and allow noodles to bloom for 5 mins

Top with the rest of the ingredients

3 fluid ounces smoked brisket, dices2 fluid ounces mushroom, sliced1 fluid ounce arugula1 fluid ounce pickled onions1 each egg, poached1 tablespoon hoisin sauce

Watermelon and Lime Ramyun

Make Noodles according to directions
