It's Wednesday, and Chef Brian West and his sous chef, Phillip, is back to deliver another tasty meal! He's showing off an easy way to make a delicious Watermelon Gazpacho!
Ingredients:
3 each tomatoes
1/2 each red onion
1 each cucumber
1 tablespoon parsley
1 stalk celery
1 1/2 cloves garlic
2 fluid ounces red wine vinegar
1/2 each lemon, juice
1 1/2 fluid ounces sugar
1 tablespoon tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mint
1 each red bell pepper
1 fluid ounce ketchup
2 tablespoons cilantro
4 fluid ounces olive oil
8 fluid ounces watermelon, seeded
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except watermelon and blend until smoth add watermelon and blend again. Pass through a fine strainer if desired.
