Our Care Team is standing strong against coronavirus by changing processes, reaching out to patients to ensure they have their needs met, and using new technology to stay connected with our patients when they need us most.
-Primary care for seniors continues to be available at all our centers for current and future patients.
-We have expanded care into the home by using phone calls to offer virtual visits.
-Our social workers and behavioral health specialists help patients with their social support needs.
-During this period of social distancing, members of our staff are calling patients in-between visits to make sure their needs are being met.
