Crying Therapy

We talked last week about screaming therapy but now doctors have been talking about the benefits of a good cry. When you cry it releases stress hormones from the body, it creates Endorphins which naturally make you feel good and kill pain in the body. Withholding tears can have detrimental physical affects like stress and anxiety. The doctors best advice; cry it out every once in a while!

Swearing doesn't make you a bad person, in fact it may be good for you. Here's 3 reasons why:

1. Cursing may be a sign of intelligence.

2. Swearing may be a sign of honesty

3. Profanity improves pain tolerance.
