The number of steps per day to stay healthy is not 10,000. In fact, the number is much lower. Experts say that 4,400-7,500 steps per day is all you need!

New York is seeing a wait list for the $1K haircuts! Would you spend that much on a haircut??

And, don't forget- Our Community Salutes'. It is a Non-profit that honors HS Seniors who have committed to a branch in the Armed Service. They typically have a gala but due to Covid, you can catch the event on the CW 35, June 20th at 7pm.
