Get your teens off of the video games and cell phones, and get them up and moving! Russ Bookbinder, President & CEO of San Antonio Sports, is giving us all the details for this years Alpha Warrior Team Tough Challenge, and how your teen can win some cash, all from being active!

DESCRIPTION

Grab some friends and show us your strength in the ultimate test of teamwork and toughness in the Alpha Warrior Team Tough Virtual Challenge. Win up to $1000 from San Antonio Sports for your high school, get cool swag and claim Alpha Warrior bragging rights! The best part, it's FREE!

Register your High School team of 6 by September 18 and complete the total number of reps/minutes for each level by September 30 to earn the status of Alpha Warrior.

Receive guidance and advice from a U.S. Army Team Captain.

Follow the workout chart below to advance through Delta, Charlie, Bravo and Alpha levels.

Record your reps/minuets on the challenge website as you complete each exercise in each level to earn badges along the way.

Post videos and photos of yourself doing the exercises to #TeamTough.

Team members that complete all levels will earn an Alpha Warrior Team Tough Challenge shirt and finisher’s medal.

Teams that finish the challenge will be entered into a drawing to win $1000, $500 and $250 in cash prizes for their school.

At the end of the challenge, teams will be named Alpha Warriors and each member completing the challenge will receive a special finisher's medal and an Alpha Warrior Team Tough t-shirt. Teams can join at any time before September 18 and must complete all levels by September 30 to be eligible for the prize drawing.
