Every year, millions of Americans make New Year’s resolutions to exercise more, eat healthier and lose weight. Due to COVID-19 restrictions throughout the country, committing to some of the most common resolutions will require new strategies at a time when connecting with others has never been more important for our physical and mental health.
Anytime Fitness, the largest global fitness franchise, is partnering with Fitness Expert and Confidence-Life Coach, Jenny Gaither, to provide tips for setting and achieving physical and mental health goals in 2021.
This month, Anytime Fitness is announcing that in addition to giving a $350,000 grant to Movemeant Foundation, it will donate $1 (up to $50,000) for every 30-minute workout logged on the Kilter fitness tracking app using the hashtag #MoveWithAF. It also will donate an additional $1 (up to $90,000) for every new member that joins a local Anytime Fitness in January.
