According to a new survey younger workers are having a harder time working from home, which is pushing them to want to get back to the office. Roughly 70 percent of Gen Z and 69 percent of Millennia's are looking forward to going back to the office while 55 percent of boomers would rather work from home. While older workers say they are adapting and coping better to remote work. Younger workers say the distractions, and severely-limited ability to nurture connections and a good work life balance keep them from wanting to do it long-term.
