Getting fit can be daunting for people who are not athletic and never step foot into a gym. Our El Paso correspondent, Amy Licerio, says she has always struggled with using gym equipment when it comes to working out. In January 2019, Licerio decided she would work with fitness trainer Rene Analla to get over her fear of intimidating gym equipment and culture.

The menu is short, but the taste is big and flavorful. Victor Estrada, with Taco Avocat, says the concept behind the restaurant is fresh yet fast food. The restaurant prides itself in using avocado oil for cooking all its menu items. Estrada says they it's the only restaurant in the city to do so.
